Store Manager
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and meet sales targets.
- Train and supervise store staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and follow company policies and procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive customer traffic and increase sales.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in math for cash handling and inventory management.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and suppliers.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record keeping.
