In this role, you will work closely with the IT Site Services Manager and the IT Director to managing all IT systems located in GMMB’s Washington DC and Seattle offices.
Responsibilities
Onsite IT Systems include:
- Server room infrastructure equipment
- Monitors for planned and unplanned building power outages and transfers
- Coordinates server power off/on as needed
- AVID Server Infrastructure
- Coordinates server power off/on as needed
- Conference room AV systems
- Provide in room meeting support
- Restart AV servers as needed
- Printer/Copier management
- Office and Guest wireless network system support
Other duties include:
IT Onboarding and Offboarding
- Processes new hire and termination forms
- Coordinates with GMMB Talent And Culture on new hire/termination status
- Tracks new hire computer and accessory shipments
- Coordinates employee equipment returns
- Conducts new hire IT orientations
End User IT Support
- Assists in providing IT support to staff working onsite
- Assists in providing IT Support for staff working remotely.
- Assists end users in submitting Paige help desks tickets for systems managed not managed by GMMB.
- Monitors Paige tickets for timely and accurate resolution.
Qualifications
Experience supporting both MAC and PC computer equipment required. Extensive experience with Microsoft Outlook, Teams and other Microsoft Office applications also required. Experience with Box or other cloud-based storage solutions highly desired.
This position is 100% on site with limited remote work opportunities. Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. Occasional support before and after core hours is required. Occasional travel to GMMB’s Seattle office will also be required.
