What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper position at GMPS?
We are looking to hire a grounds maintenance person to care for two apartment communities in Harrison Township.
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Keeping property free of trash or debris.
- Assisting in unit demolition for remodel.
- Minor Landscape work (weeding, mulching, etc.)
- Assisting with other grounds related projects as determined by management.
Reliable transportation and a clear criminal record are required for this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
