What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Ambassador // Columbus position at GMR Marketing?
WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB // As the holidays are around the corner, so are the wonderful memories that come from recreating old family recipes to share around the dinner table with friends and family. As the Brand Ambassador for this activation, you’ll work with the GMR Leadership to execute the event activities for Kroger, at selected Kroger grocery stores! The primary duty of the Brand Ambassador is to engage with consumers at the local store, by showing how food brings families together and how memories are promoted through food. You will help bring awareness and build brand awareness at the footprint. YOUR IMPACT //
- Greet and direct guests throughout the event space in a positive, professional, manner
- Converse and interact with consumers throughout their activation experience
- Provide daily recaps of the activation
- Anticipate and assist in resolving issues on site
- Remain open to feedback, guidance, and direction as it pertains to job performance and personal growth
- Be extremely punctual and effectively manage time
- Motivate the team to strive for success
YOUR EXPERIENCE //
- At least 1 year of experiential marketing experience
- Tradeshow experience is a plus
- Tech savvy: ability to use a mobile device or tablet
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills are essential, as well as the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- High attention to detail
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from events
- Must wear required uniform
- Attend all mandatory trainings
