Previous sales experience is helpful, but not required- we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed!

Responsibilities :

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
• Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery, to after sales support
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.

Requirements :

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay Defined : The Sales Consultant position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $17.

45, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit
