We're GoFlyy! A fast-paced startup offers same-day delivery to fashion, beauty, and wellness retailers. We serve Los Angeles, Seattle, New York City, and New Jersey.

We are looking for a Sales Manager. Must have strong listening and verbal communication skills. Resourceful and solutions-focused. Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and organizing. Excellent attention to detail. We're looking to bring on several new clients before the holiday season, and we need a rockstar to help us do that!

Responsibilities for Sales Manager

  • Preparing sales pitches to send out to prospective clients.
  • Recruit, hire and train the sales team.
  • Researching / Meeting with potential clients and growing long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
  • Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
  • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our delivery services.

Qualifications for Sales Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to close.
  • 5-7 years in sales management within a corporate setting.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Experience setting sales goals.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Deep understanding of E-Commerce companies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Salary: This will be discussed during the interview.

Working hours: Must be available to work between 10 am to 6 pm - 30 hours per week.

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dallas, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
