GoGo Squeez Brand Ambassador (Hampton University)

Job Summary:

The Brand Ambassador (aka: SqueeZ Squad) will have the opportunity to (re)introduce their peers to GoGo squeeZ through outreach and sampling at local school events. They will join a dynamic team of like-minded brand lovers who work part-time to get GoGo squeeZ into as many hands as possible. As a SqueeZ Squad member, you will be the local face of our brand, creating authentic moments and helping make us the snack of choice for Gen Z.

Responsibilities:

Student will host a number of campus-wide tabling ( To be determined after inital kick-off call) events in high-traffic areas to provide samples to general student population. Ambassadors will work to execute unique events (ideas to be created by Ambassadors but needs approval from managers)

Ambassadors will be responsible for receiving university permissions, promoting, and executing each event.

- 3 student organization activations: distributing and promoting GoGo Squeez samples within the student organizations and clubs on-campus.

- 5 Tiktok/Instagram Posts

In Addition to tasks above, Ambassadors will also be responsible for the following:

· Pre-Program virtual training to understand the scope of the role and responsibilities.

· Pre-Program Planning

· Weekly recap forms

· Content submissions of pictures and videos to responsible managers

· Assist the GoGo squeeZ marketing team in assessing potential opportunities for relevant event execution at your school.

· Link GoGo squeeZ national marketing initiatives with your school events.

· Conduct tabling events in high-traffic areas to sample the brand and drive excitement.

· Coordinate and execute all aspects of the sampling events, including setup of the sampling booth/table and interacting with consumers.

· Collaborate with clubs, organizations, and other entities on campus to maximize reach and participation by offering samples.

· Solicit and collect consumer feedback during events to gather valuable insights and improve our product.

· Identify and collaborate with college social media influencers to amplify our brand presence.

· Demonstrate resourcefulness in finding innovative ways to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Administrative Tasks:

· Using Pinata tool, maintain a detailed calendar of upcoming events and effectively manage time to ensure successful event execution.

· Capture and organize photos from each event for promotional purposes.

· Track and analyze consumer feedback to identify trends and areas of improvement.

· Perform other administrative duties as required to support the College Brand Ambassador Program.

· Demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team.

· Enthusiastic about the brand and product, and able to effectively communicate its benefits to others.

Physical & Travel Requirements:

· Must be able to work up to 4 hours per event and be on your feet for the duration of the event.

· Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly.

· Must provide your own transportation.

Note: Transportation costs are not included in the role and will not be reimbursed.

· Students enrolled Hampton University

· Full time, currently enrolled college students for upcoming (Spring/Fall) Semester

· Passionate in marketing and content creation and being a trendsetter for new products.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 17 per week
