Gojob is growing and we are hiring Contract Recruiters that are looking for a career with tremendous growth opportunities! These positions will be primarily remote with some in-office presence in Nashville, TN. With today's hiring market and personal responsibilities, the Recruiters will work on a hybrid schedule that will be discussed and determined by leadership.
Gojob is new to the United States! We are actively looking to hire additional Recruiters to our team that are career-focused and highly driven to achieve high results daily. As a Recruiter for Gojob, you will be responsible for identifying available candidates for various roles, recruiting candidates, and scheduling interviews to hire contract/temporary employees in the manufacturing and logistics space. You will engage with employees and look for innovative ways to constantly recruit local candidates. You will be joining a company that is just starting to make a footprint in this market, and you can get in from the start! Contract Recruiter's Primary Duties:
- Identify, recruit, interview a high number of candidates every week
- Build and maintain a strong partnership with new and existing clients
- Full-cycle recruiting
- Understand the client's business, processes, policies, and strategic direction
- Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent that aligns with the client's needs
- Consistent execution of recruiting plan to ensure the right quantity and quality of talent
- Screen and select candidates according to client-specific job profiles and workforce forecasts
- Comply with all operational standards and employment laws and regulations
- Build top of mind awareness through in-person visits which foster a consultative relationship
- Market candidates' skills and abilities by making the best match for the client and candidate
- Offer innovative, creative, and effective employment solutions
- Engage with the employees regularly to provide a positive work experience
- Communicate with management to discuss areas of success and opportunities for improvement
Ideal Recruiters for Gojob:
- 1 or more years of business experience in a client-oriented role
- 2 or more years in high volume recruiting or staffing
- Manufacturing and Logistics recruiting experience is a PLUS
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a plant environment
- Experience multi-tasking and effectively prioritizing workload
- Professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization from the Front Desk Receptionist to C-Suite Leadership
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in a timely manner
- Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups
- Ability to identify customer's needs and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations
- Proficiency using Google mail, calendar, and shared drives
