Responsibilities
Position Summary:
This role will support chassis design and development activities for power sports industry.
Essential Duties:
- Lead and support the engineering activities for large scale automotive development programs by investigating feasibility, performing design using CATIA v5, conduct layout review, drawing creating, and negotiation with surrounding component business unites.
- Search new ways to increase overall efficiency, utilize up-to-date technology, and reduce design and parts costs.
- Travel to client sites required.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 6 months relevant internship experiences.
- Experience using CAD tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS office
Preferred Skills:
- CATIA V5 preferred
- Exposure to DFM (Design for Manufacturing) preferred.
- Education with the following specialties preferred: Mechanical, Mechanical Technology, Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing.
