Job brief
The Marketing Specialist (MAS) is passionate about, lives, eats and breathes all things marketing. They are directly responsible developing implementing, tracking and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
The MAS has a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and leads integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution. MAS will work closely with other Marketing & Sales Enablement team members, cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales & Customer Experience), consultants and vendor partners to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute all marketing initiatives, SEO/SEM, Marketing Database, Email, Social Media and Campaigns
Design, build and maintain social media presence
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI’s and KPI’s)
- Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to design landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple touch points
Collaborate with consultants, agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging tech. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Requirements and Skills
BS/MS degree in marketing or related field and/or equivalent work experience
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, database, email, social media and/or campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Strong knowledge of website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation (e.g., Hubspot, SFDC) tools
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Salary Range: $65,000/year - $75,000/year, based on experience
Travel: Minimal
Expenses: Out-of-pocket, reimbursed by the company with prior approval
