Attorney-General Liability Partner

THE POSITION:

Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with more than 20 offices in 10 states, has an immediate opportunity for a Partner to join our Orlando office.

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualified candidates will have 8 years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, preparing for arbitrations, mediations and has extensive trial experience. The ideal candidate writes effectively, thinks strategically, is licensed to practice in Florida and has practiced in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as general liability, premises liability, transportation, and/or insurance defense.
