What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Assistant Manager position at Golden Corral?
The Crew Assistant Manager Position is an entry level position.
- This manager works closely with staff maintaining standards in the front and the back of the house.
- CAMs will do opening and closing paperwork periodically throughout the week.
- Assist with inventories and orders from time to time.
- Assist in staffing the restaurant.
This position and be flexible on hours worked per week. Overtime is available if desired but not required. Weekends are required but we like to make sure we have time as needed for some personal activities when they arise.
This position is also great if you are looking to grow into a larger leadership role with a growing company or just would like a steady reliable position with longevity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 55 per week

Weekly day range:
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
