Description
GoldenWolf is a SDVOSB, woman-owned government contracting firm that takes pride in solving facility management obstacles for clients across the United States, and abroad. Our team is currently seeking a Program Manager to organize and coordinate projects on an upcoming government contract. This contract requires a leader with experience within, and/or knowledge of military command structure, missions, roles and organizational structure. It also requires the Program Manager have knowledge of high-level operations to include DoD, OSD, Combatant Commands, Joint Staff, DRUs and Services HQ Staff headquarters. You will be successful in this role if you have experience evaluating staff actions, proposals, orders, plans and other recommendations in relation to DHA and DoD strategic plans, regulations, policies and operations.
The Program Manager will provide strategic guidance to Team Leads and team members in ways that promote our culture of client commitment, quality, integrity, respect, citizenship and accountability. The Program Manager will also oversee and report on progress within the project and overall program to both our Government Client, and the Task Manager. Our ideal candidate will be an excellent leader with experience managing staff across varying disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. This person will also develop efficient strategies for ensuring their program delivers the desired outcome for our Client and the terms of our contract.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (subject to approval by the Government Client).
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in program management, project management, or project administration in a similar field.
- Ten (10) years of experience managing medical facilities operations and maintenance strategies.
- Five (5) years technical expertise developing multidisciplinary, real property improvement projects.
- General knowledge of high-level operations within DoD, OSD, Combatant Commands, Joint Staff, DRUs and Services HQ Staff headquarters.
- Comprehensive knowledge of DoD and other service military department to direct complex staff actions that require knowledge of military command structure, missions, roles, and organizational structures.
- Ability to evaluate staff actions, proposals, orders and plans, and other recommendations in relation to DHA’s and DoD’s strategic plans, regulations, policies, and operations.
- Must have the ability to recommend corrective action as necessary.
- Analytical skills to permit translation of DHA program and mission objectives into overall DHA plans which can be implemented within the framework of federal regulations, DoD and service regulations and procedures.
- Possess an active favorable NACI (National Agency Check with Inquiries).
Preferred Experience
- Working knowledge of the DMLSS-FM Module and/or
- Working knowledge with current National Fire Protection (NFPA) codes and/or
- Working knowledge of standards applicable to healthcare and/or
- Familiarity with current Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements for medical facilities and/or
- Knowledge of facility condition inspections, real property inventory procedures, corrective action planning and high-level root cause failure analysis and/or
- Change Management and Program Management principles.
