Golf Quest is looking for a Sales Manager to grow the business following a multi-million-dollar renovation to the facility across technology, food & beverage, and event space. Our ideal candidate is a motivated leader with the ambition and tenacity to drive sales across all aspects of the business.

He or she will need to possess the experience to lead a sales strategy and convert it into revenue growth for the business. The Role:
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales and business development efforts at Golf Quest. This position will be a multi-faceted role that encompasses sales (events, subscriptions, programs), business development, community relations, strategy, operations, performance management and more.
The Responsibility:
This role will have five (5) main areas of responsibilities:
- Be the Sales Team Captain (Team Management): We need an absolute rockstar who loves building relationships and driving performance. We will be growing one of the coolest concepts in Connecticut and have so much to offer to our guests across game, food & beverage, events, programs, and subscriptions. You will be responsible for setting the standard for sales best practices and modeling it to all those around you.
- Build the Perfect Event (Event Packaging and Pricing): Golf Quest is the perfect place for events. With 69 technology-enabled bays, tournament-style gameplay, food & beverage and private event spaces, we are an event planner’s dream. A major focus of your role will be leveraging our event packages, pricing, and spaces to create the best possible experience for all types of events and celebrations.
- Celebrate Events the Right Way (Event Guest Experience): As our Sales Manager, you will work alongside our operations team to ensure event guests have an incredible experience. This will include communication between all stakeholders involved to ensure successful event execution.
- Be the Face of the Brand (Brand Ambassador) You will be a brand ambassador for Golf Quest in the community. As you jump into this role, we want you to do more than just help sell events, we want you to represent and grow our brand holistically. You should always be looking for ways to promote brand and all the amazing things we offer.
- Crush Sales Goals (Performance Management): We love to hustle and crush our goals. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals and KPIs, developing tactics and strategies, and driving sales performance.
Compensation: $30-40K base salary sales commission (events, subscriptions, programs)
