Responsibilities:
- Show up on time with a neat and tidy appearance
- Greets customers and ensures all customers have a great customer service experience and directs them to the proper department
- Handles, screen and transfers all multi-line incoming phone calls in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- Checks incoming email and responds or directs email
- Updates and checks Dealer Management System (Lizzy) regularly and immediately after each status change
- Miscellaneous clerical work to include filing and data entry
- Manage rentals: Verify, confirm and schedule reservations with high accuracy
- Encourages and keeps special needs team members on task
- Assumes overflow administrative responsibilities
- Performs other duties as required
Requirements:

- Ability to Multitask a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and accomplish tasks timely without supervision
- Ability to deal with customers in a succinct and polite manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, bustling environment
- Must be able to touch type 40 wpm and use a personal computer
- Must demonstrate a working knowledge of Microsoft & G-Suite
- Must be available 8:30-5 Mon-Sat
