Full Job Description
As a Boba-rista you’ll prepare and serve expertly crafted beverages, including various types of tea, bubble tea, slushes, and fruit drinks. Barista responsibilities include greeting and educating customers on the menu, making recommendations, up-selling special add-on items and delivering highest quality of customer service. You should be able to work various shifts.
Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent drinking experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
- Report to manager on duty or owner
- Excellent customer service skills
- Make drinks by following recipes (bubble tea/ slushes/ fruit tea, etc.)
- Receiving and processing orders from in-store customers and online ordering services
- Providing informative solutions to customer questions about our products.
- Kitchen duty including cooking bubbles/teas and making toppings.
- Maintain and ensures cleanliness (i.e., sweeping floors, mopping floors, checking garbage, checking restrooms, wiping down surfaces, etc.)
- Ensures all orders are correct before transferring the product to the customer
- Performs all other duties required by manager
- Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Communicate customer feedback to managers
Skills
