Gonzalez Companies, LLC is currently seeking an AutoCAD Drafter for the St. Louis, MO area.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical drawings and plans to the specifications of engineers for the addition, removal, and modification of electrical transmission structures.
- Communicate with engineers for the accumulation of necessary technical data for projects.
- Create designs with computer-aided design software (CAD). Both AutoCAD and MicroStation.
- Communicate with other drafters and offices to accomplish work and ensure acceptable workload is maintained.
- Read, interpret, and follow technical procedures, standards, and work instructions from multiple clients.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Education
- 2-year Technical degree from an accredited college (preferred)
- 2-years professional experience (preferred)
- Ability to perform basic commands using AutoCAD or MicroStation.
- Developed organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
