Your Role:

● Prospect and follow up with leads
● Present your services as a real estate agent to buyers and sellers
● Host open houses
● Answer inbound calls and respond to online inquiries
● Schedule listing appointments and present your listing presentation with clients
● Educate clients on their home buying and/or selling experience
● Show properties
● Live and breathe your expertise in the residential real estate market

Qualifications:

● New, seasoned, team or top-producing real estate agent
● Licensed real estate agent
● Motivated individual looking for support to run their own real estate business
● Entrepreneurial attitude and approach
● Be a self-starter looking to build your career

Duties:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services
- Stay up-to-date with fair housing regulations and real estate laws
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage lenders and attorneys
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Sales skills to effectively market and sell properties
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations to ensure compliance in all transactions
- Understanding of real estate law to navigate legal aspects of transactions
- Ability to negotiate contracts and terms to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Experience in property management to assist clients with rental properties
- Market knowledge to analyze trends and provide accurate pricing recommendations
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse client populations
- Administrative skills for managing paperwork, contracts, and client communications
