Registered Nurses RN

**Nursing Position at a Not-for-Profit Organization** Seeking a skilled nurse to provide quality care and service to seniors in a Christian environment, supporting multiple locations within 150 miles of their permanent address. **Job Description** Join our team and make a difference in the lives of seniors. As a nurse with our organization, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and service to residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. You will coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and provide education and support to residents and their families. **Key Responsibilities:** • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign checks • Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized care plans • Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and therapists • Educate residents and their families on health and wellness topics • Serve as a charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel • Provide leadership and guidance to staff members **Requirements:** • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program • Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing • Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred • 3 months previous experience in Long Term Care required, 6 months preferred **Benefits:** • Competitive hourly rate • Mileage reimbursement • Additional $5 per hour float premium • 25% per hour weekend shift differential • 25% per hour evening/night shift differential • Generous time off package • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance **About the Company:** Our organization has provided over 100 years of housing and services to seniors, with a commitment to quality care and service in a Christian environment.
