What do you bring to the table?
· Recent experience as a Fast-Food General Manager
· Ability to stand and walk around the kitchen for extended periods of time. (get your steps in ya'll!)
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (sometimes repetitively – getting your workout on).
· Proficient in English.

· Provide a fun and positive work environment for your team.
· Training and developing team members including Shift Managers

· Daily Cash Handling

· Providing an exceptional guest experience!
· Own financial management, which includes food, labor, and all controllable expenses.
The General Manager directly manages and is responsible for all aspects of the restaurant. This includes but is not limited to customer service, employee performance and development, restaurant costs, safety, facilities, administration, and corporate values.
