GoodRx is looking for a Principal Product Designer to join a group of performance-driven Product / Content Design user-advocates. We are continuously seeking ways to reach our customers more elegantly, effectively and efficiently—all while building an enduring brand that serves both B2C and B2B audiences.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading design initiatives, mentoring and crafting best in class solutions for highly complex user journeys that lead our users through our product experiences. In this high-visibility role, we seek resilience, a true passion for craft as well as someone who can garner influence and create strong partnerships across the organization.
\n- Collaborating deeply with Design Leaders, Content Design, Product Managers and Engineering to craft thoughtful and meaningful solutions to our biggest customers problems.
- Building strong and meaningful partnerships within Design, Product and Engineering, ensuring all are aligned on who the customer is, the mission of the team, etc…
- Creating end-to-end solutions based on roadmaps, customers needs, and so on.
- Helping teams create and execute on compelling product vision, roadmaps, goals, and so on.
- Working at various resolutions depending on the situation, from polished high resolution mockups, interactive prototypes to quick sketches.
- Working closely with other designers in the organization to help facilitate critiques, stand up new processes, provide meaningful mentorship, and support team culture.
- Is responsible for helping the org better articulate and execute on our product vision across all teams.
- Sets the example of how to solicit and provide feedback to your peers, be it with your team, across other verticals or to upper management
- 10-15 years of experience as a Product Designer/leader on a high-paced product focused team
- An outstanding portfolio of work showcasing your skills in visual design, typography, and most importantly end-to-end solutions based on customer, and business needs
- Masterful navigation of a rapid paced, hypergrowth, dynamic work environment
- Is highly adept at present work in ways that best convey your solutions i.e. wireframes, final designs, prototypes
- The ability to set the example for all team members when: presenting work, raising the craft bar, and setting expectations on how individual contributors “show up”
- Excellent communication, and presentation skills
Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, and education or certifications. If we extend an offer for employment, we will consider all individual qualifications. Below are our salary ranges for this position based on office location:
San Francisco Office: $180,000 - $288,000
New York Office: $168,000 - $264,000
Santa Monica Office: $150,000 - $240,000
