The Role:

The People Operations Analyst role is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, systems and reporting needed by GoodTime’s People function. People operations may also be tasked with developing new policies or procedures, as we are growing rapidly and undergoing changes in its structure or strategy to facilitate growth.

Please note that we are looking for full time team members, and not open to contracts at this time.  

What We're Looking For:

  • Being the technical expert for all People systems that span across the company, including utilizing API’s and understanding how systems work together.
  • Utilizing automation tools when possible to streamline the experience of all people.
  • Coordinating new hire orientation programs and other training programs for new employees with the People Team.
  • Creating and updating employee records, including processing new hires and ongoing employee performance reviews.
  • Reviewing employee performance and productivity to identify areas that need improvement.
  • Preparing reports on hiring trends, turnover rates, and recruiting needs.
  • Helping to design and implement systems to support operational needs. 
  • Managing the workflow of people processes during the employee lifecycle. 
  • Analyzes data on an ongoing basis to support the People team to become more efficient and effective.
  • Support people team and cross functional team projects, as needed.

Need to have:

  • 4 years experience in HR/people operations.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR principles, best practices, and federal/local regulations.
  • Expert in excel and google sheets; ability to build and analyze data. 
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems (BambooHR, Gusto & Greenhouse preferred).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive company and employee information.
  • You are an ambitious self-starter, creative problem solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • You embrace change with a positive attitude and feel comfortable with ambiguity and are resilient in change.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to collaborate and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and external partners.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Operates with a high level of humility, thoughtfulness, and honesty.

Nice to have: 

  • Experience with SaaS startup experience
  • History with startup organizations
  • Scrappy mentality, able to find new ways to influence with data and automate systems
