The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all office accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and budgeting. Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records and documents.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Enter data into accounting software.
- Process invoices and payments.
- Reconcile accounts and prepare bank deposits.
- Assist with budget preparation and tracking.
- Provide customer service in the office.
- Assist with audit preparation.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
