DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for delivery of outcome-oriented, high-quality employment and training services in Oakland County in accordance with funder and organizational strategies and goals.
2. Assist Director with interview and selection of personnel for programs. Conduct performance evaluations
of direct employees.
3. Assists Director to prepares performance metrics reports.
4. Implement service operations in compliance with required accreditation, certification and regulatory bodies.
5. Assist with the development of contracts, proposals, grants and application opportunities for multiyear program funding.
6. Assist with evaluation of monthly financial results to budget.
7. Prepares and submit check requests for customer and vendors payments in alignment with approved budget.
8. Maintain a service delivery system using continuous quality improvement and efficiency improvement techniques. Ensure appropriate documentation and reports are generated to evaluate with quality compliance standards.
9. Assist with support of staff professional development.
10. Ensure service activities operate in accordance with organization administrative policies and procedures.
11. Represent the organization at community meetings, evemts and activities as necessitated by customer, partner and related business activities.
12. Attend internal and external meetings, training sessions, and other events as required.
13. Assist with management of facility operations in compliance with organizational health and safety protocol.
14. Provide operations coverage in the absence of the Director.
15. Perform all other duties as assigned.
