General Purpose :
The Sales Specialist is responsible for providing our customers with exceptional service by meeting their individual needs and expectations, serving as a Goodwill Ambassador by promoting our mission and values of the organization.
The Sales Specialist is expected to role model Goodwill values in all actions and interactions in order to create a positive customer-centric experience.

Sales Floor Replenishing (Pushing and Placing) :
a.Push racks, carts and totes of product to the sales floor and place product onto fixtures.

If stationed at point of entry as the Social Distancing greeter :
The maximum occupancy will be posted and reiterated by the opening manager.
Activities are subject to change to meet business needs with management approval.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT :
I. X involves an inherent potential for contact with blood, body fluids or measures are required for every employee engaged in Category I tasks.
II. Involves no exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues, but potential exposure in performing Category II tasks don’t need to wear protective equipment, but they should be prepared to put on protective equipment on short notice.

1. Sedentary work-Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and / or a negligibleamount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise moveobjects, including the human body.
Sedentary work involves sitting most of thetime, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Roles aresedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all othersedentary criteria are met.
2. Light work-Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and / or to 10 pounds offorce frequently, and / or a negligible amount of force constantly to moveobjects.
Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for sedentarywork.
3. X Medium work-Exerting 20 to 50 pounds offorce occasionally, and / or 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and / or greaterthan negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Physicaldemand requirements are in excess of those for light work.
4. Heavy work-Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 25-50 pounds offorce constantly to move objects.
Physical demand requirements are in excess ofthose for medium work. Very heavy work-Exertingin excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and / or in excess of 50 pounds offorce frequently, and / or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to moveobjects.
