Major responsibilities:

- Deliver, install, troubleshoot and maintain software, computer systems, peripherals, and other miscellaneous equipment.
- Resolve Service Desk Ticket System work tickets.
- Identify, analyze and repair routine equipment, software, or network failures.
- Escalate complex and/or high priority problems or other technical issues to the IT Team for resolution.
- Update tickets with appropriate journal entries of activities, and close tickets with the resolution entered upon completion of the job.
- Offer technical support via email, phone, or on-site in a prompt or timely manner.
- Effectively, professionally, and respectfully represent the IT department services to the end-users and the Interim client community.
- 1-2 years in technical support field, support desk, IT industry
- Working with team members and on solo projects with minimal supervision
- Strong Windows/Mac troubleshooting & problem solving skills
- Some Server troubleshooting & problem solving skills experience
- Printer issues, local and network
- Mapped drive connection issues, logon scripts, create new user accounts
- File rights & folder permissions, offline folders and remote file sharing
- Reimage workstations
- Perform other special duties and special projects as assigned
- Learn and support new and fast-changing technologies.

Job Specifications
- Managing, configuring and troubleshooting of Windows and Mac OS
- Programming Experience, Java, SQL Database, Python a plus
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP Networking
- Knowledge of computer hardware and components
- IT support hardware and software (email, networking, video conference install, etc.)

Minimum Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience with desktop support
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software
- Impeccable communication and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
