Join our dynamic and growing sales team, where you'll guide individuals through the incredible options available within our community locations – Goodwin House Alexandria, Goodwin House Bailey’s Crossroads, and The View Alexandria.
- Lead Management: Capture and nurture leads from multiple channels, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with prospective residents, guiding them through the decision-making process.
- Discovery and Counseling: Understand prospects' goals and motivations for senior living, offering personalized guidance.
- Documentation and Follow-Up: Maintain detailed records in Salesforce and consistently follow up with active leads.
- Community Promotion: Showcase our communities, educate prospects on benefits, and facilitate growth in the Priority Club through tours and virtual engagement.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or previous experience in marketing, senior living, or housing sales.
- Skill, experience, and poise in working with older adults and their families as they plan for retirement.
- Collaborative and proactive approach to sales strategy development.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools, including CRM databases and video conferencing applications.
