- Create, monitor, and adjust schedules for production capacity, tracking, and necessary deadlines
- Understand and implement productivity within different units to ensure accuracy with labor, material, and machinery capacity
- Collaborate with the manufacturing, purchasing, quality, and engineering teams to review, identify, and resolve any issues
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor' s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience within an Engineer-To-Order (ETO) manufacturing organization
- Proven experience with Microsoft applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
