Development Manager
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Development Manager to help grow our business by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. You will play a key role in driving company growth through strategic partnerships and managing relationships with key vendors and franchisees.
Development Manager Benefits And Compensation
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually
- Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and paid holidays
- Growth opportunities within a dynamic and supportive work environment
- 3-5 years of business development experience (restaurant industry preferred)
- Experience working with franchisees and vendors, with strong negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage service accounts and develop strategic business partnerships
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and ability to analyze business proposals and market trends
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing (preferred) or equivalent experience
