Food Service District Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee profit and sales growth for an assigned geographic area
- Works directly with on-site managers to execute growth plans
- Prepares financial reports and analyzes data to produce solutions
- identifies areas for improvement and puts plans into place to address
Food Service District Manager Qualifications
- 5 years experience as a District Manager leading large, multi-unit operations in a corporate environment
- Experience with contract food services in K-12 education within dining service companies is required
- Ability to lead and develop teams, build strategies and exhibit excellent financial acumen
- Ability to coach and motivate managers and employees at all levels
- Food Safety Certification & Valid Driver' s License required
