- Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the BOH team and cultivating a positive work environment
- Involved in the Process of hiring and training kitchen staff members
- Overseeing operations of not only restaurant service, but also catering events
- Assisting with the creation of fresh menu options and implementing seasonal updates
- Sourcing local vendors to supply fresh, quality ingredients
- Ensuring a facility that is both safe and impeccably clean
- Inventory, Ordering, Costing, COGS
- Responsible for supervising the management of restaurant services, as well as catering and off-premise events.
- Possess exceptional abilities in leadership and management.
- Have an extensive understanding of North Eastern cuisine and how it changes with the seasons.
- Having a willingness to learn and being open to coaching are important qualities.
- Have prior experience in sourcing ingredients and cultivating relationships with vendors.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and can handle pressure effectively.
- Have 5 years of experience in managing a full-service restaurant concepts from the ground up.
