Job Description
Exciting new opportunity with a Nationally known company to lead the team of a very large Premium Convention Center. The General Manager of Convention Center is the key liaison between the company's executive leadership team, the operations leadership team, as well as property ownership.
General Manager of Convention Center Responsibilities:
- Business leader responsible for all aspects of $10 Million Premium Convention Center
- Primary contact person with the executive leadership team and partnership relations
- Builds client relationships
- Influence and inspire leadership team
- Property forecasting, new business trends, budgeting, and all facility maintenance planning
General Manager of Convention Center Requirements:
- 5 years leading a large-scale premium Hotel Convention center or stand-alone Premium Convention Center
- Strong food and beverage background
- Leadership sales volume experience of at least $5-$7 million as the General Manager
- Open to relocation
- Strong executive level leadership background and business acumen
