A national Hotel Management Group seeks an experienced Hotel General Manager with Residence Inn experience to lead its Team in executing the highest level of Guest Service at their property in the Orlando area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong tenure at Select service and/or Full-service properties. We are looking for a Hotel Ambassador and Team Builder to establish a level of service beyond Guest expectations. Hotel General Manager Benefits

Salary - $75,000 to $85,000
Aggressive Very Attainable Bonus of up to 40%

Hotel General Manager Responsibilities

Train, Lead, Mentor, and develop team members to consistently provide a memorable Guest experience
Oversee and manage overall operations of the Hotel, including but not limited to, Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, and Engineering
Identify property needs and execute a plan to address those needs
Prepare operational budgets facilitating financial planning and expense control
Forecast revenue based on market segments and execute a plan to exceed revenue goals
Serve as the Brand Ambassador in the Community

Hotel General Manager Qualifications

At least 5 years of General Manager experience
Ability to think critically to develop strategies for success
Thrive in an ever-changing & fast-paced environment
Proven track record in delivering financial results
Need to be able to analyze a P&L to ensure cost controls
Ability to analyze Guest Service reports and recognize market trends
Possess excellent written and verbal communication
Proven track record of positive associate satisfaction scores
