Executive Kitchen Manager Qualifications :
- Strong focus on systems and processes
- Exceptional standards for cooking techniques and presentation
- Outstanding people management skills, with the ability to work well with others and maintain accountability
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient administrative skills to support kitchen operations
- Comfortable working within a structured environment with minimal need for creative input
