Kitchen Manager Benefits/Compensation

Kitchen Manager Requirements/Responsibilities

  • 2 years as Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef in upscale or casual full-service concepts
  • High-volume operations exceeding $4 million annually
  • Strong business mindset managing all BOH operations, inventory, ordering, scheduling, etc.
  • Engaging mentor who leads by example
