- Clean CA License/Bar
- 1 yrs litigation
- Complex communication and writing skills REQUIRED
- Passion for employment law (experience preferred, but not required)
- Flourish in a fast-paced workplace
L&E Defense Attorney (Assoc.) Responsibilities
- Create documentation
- Pleadings/discovery
- Investigate laws, precedents
- Sate and federal hearings, conferences
- Summary judgments, class certs
- Intake and defense
- Responsible for own calender/cases
