Leasing Sales Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing teams
- Proficiency in contract negotiation and event oversight
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and MS Office 365
- Flexibility to work weekends as required
- Promote the distinctive features of the property to secure new business
- Stay updated on market trends through comprehensive market research
- Successfully convert site visits into leases and achieve a renewal rate of over 50%
- Review leases and other revenue sources, meeting or exceeding projected occupancies and rents
- Utilize digital marketing tools and maintain an active social media presence to promote the brand
- Demonstrable success in leasing and sales
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience in creating and implementing detailed sales strategies
