Producer Responsibilities
- Generate new sales through referral sources, cross-selling, and responding to incoming requests
- Market new and existing client policies with insurance carriers they represent
- Maintain follow-up on outstanding orders and correspondence
- Oversee agency to hold account managers accountable to agency goals
- Active P&C license
- Previous sales experience
- Leadership competency
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up
- Starting salary while growing your book of business
- Commission
- Incentive bonus based on revenue growth for the agency
