Office Assistant Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.

Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, handling mail, and managing emails.

Assist in maintaining and organizing office supplies and equipment.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.

Prepare and distribute internal communications and memos.

Assist in creating and maintaining files, records, and databases.

Manage and update company databases and spreadsheets.

Assist with data entry and data management tasks.

Conduct research and gather information as needed.

Assist in preparing presentations and reports.

Help with basic bookkeeping and financial tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers.

Provide support to the HR department with recruitment processes and employee onboarding.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Assist in arranging travel arrangements for staff when necessary.

Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Handle any ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management.
Office Assistant Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Associates Degree

Effective communicator

Microsoft Office
-
Ability to follow directions

Organized and Detail Oriented
Salary Range: 50,000-70,000
