We are in need of a parts counter salesperson with exceptional auto and/or heavy machinery parts knowledge and customer service skills.

Parts Counter Sales Qualifications:
- Solid parts knowledge – heavy equipment knowledge a PLUS
- 2 years of customer service and data entry
- Ability to work well under pressure
- MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Able to lift up to 20 pounds
Parts Counter Sales Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and follow up on customer inquiries
- Prepare quotes and order requests
- Research parts using various methods including web, company system, hard copy media
- Track shipments and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain invoices and supporting documents
