Restaurant Assistant General Manager Job Qualifications / Responsibilities

• 3 years in a leadership role as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager, or General Manager
• Polished-casual, upscale, or fine-dining, craft cocktails and wine experience
• Servant-Leadership Style and Passion for Hospitality
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences in high volume restaurant
• Create a people-focused culture
• Daily training, coaching and supervising over 25 team members, ensuring standards at met
• Drive sales growth through outstanding service, consistent operational excellence
