Key Responsibilities Of The Franchise Business Coach
- Foster a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere for employees and customers, ensuring everyone feels like a welcomed friend.
- Act as a bridge between franchisees and the corporate office, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Cultivate the development of team members to drive their success while honing your own skills for future growth.
- Provide comprehensive training to all staff members on food safety, cleanliness, operations, and profitability.
- Offer indispensable guidance, coaching, and knowledge to empower franchisees to achieve their full potential.
- Outgoing and team-oriented individual with a passion for interpersonal communication.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on fostering a positive and creative team culture.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Franchise Business Consultant/Coach.
- Current ServSafe Certification.
- Profound expertise in financial profit and loss management.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
