Sous Chef Requirements And Responsibilities

Experience working in and extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine
New restaurant opening experience is a plus
High-volume experience with a minimum of $15 mil
Must have a strong foundation in technique
Must be passionate about quality ingredients and cuisine
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Desire to learn and grow
