What are the responsibilities and job description for the Category Manager/Buyer position at GORDON COMPANIES Inc.?
Responsibilities may include:
Resolving marketplace generated listing errors.
Monitor shipping metrics and email our fulfillment teams to initiate late shipment resolutions.
Email customers with LTL freight information and confirm that LTL tracking is correctly processed within the marketplace portals, as needed.
Resolve Amazon Product Compliance Requests by obtaining the required information from our manufacturers and following Amazon instructions for re-listing.
Add, adjust, and monitor advertising campaigns for Amazon Advertising.
Monitor and enhance our Google AdWords campaigns with a third-party provider.
Qualifications:
Positive, professional attitude and demeanor
Demonstrated e-commerce experience on major marketplaces, Amazon Advertising, and Google AdWords
Experience with Channel Advisor or similar cloud-based ecommerce software preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
