Office Manager
Duties:
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing the front desk and phone systems.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Maintain and organize files, documents, and records.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed.
- Assist with training and development of new employees.
- Ensure phone etiquette is maintained by all staff members.
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office efficiency and productivity.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Experience in team management and supervision.
- Knowledge of medical office management practices is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
