Responsibilities of the charge nurse:
- Management of CNA & CNA-M staff on the assigned unit
- The delivery of care in accordance with Facility protocol and safe nursing practices
Qualifications:
- Current unencumbered State of Maine LPN or RN license
- Strong Communication skills to communicate with Residents, Families and Staff
- Critical thinking skills
- The ability to handle stressful situations with tact
