Your Role: Recruitment Manager As a crucial member of our People team, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of GoSaga. From sourcing top talent to streamlining the recruitment process, your creativity and strategic mindset will be the driving force behind our continued success.

What You'll Do:

• Dynamic Sourcing: Act as our dynamic sales force, crafting and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and enhance our recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Prescreening Mastery: Utilize your prescreening expertise to identify the best-fit candidates and streamline our evaluation methods.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers, the Director of People, and Brand Managers to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
• Reporting Excellence: Generate and analyze recruitment reports, providing insights that drive continuous improvement in our strategies.

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, especially in a high-volume, sales-oriented recruitment environment.
• Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
• A natural at forging meaningful connections, you excel in building relationships with candidates, universities, industry professionals, and other valuable networks.
• Proven experience in driving fast and efficient hiring processes, ensuring we secure top talent promptly to meet our business needs.
• You thrive on clear and timely interactions. Your communication skills are instrumental in keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the recruitment journey.
• A team player who collaborates seamlessly with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a unified and effective recruitment strategy.
