GOSUN, an innovative solar product company (see us at www.gosun.co ) is seeking a PART-TIME Office Manager who has the experience and professionalism to assist our front office and CEO. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with providing clerical support in a corporate office environment, and helping a small team coordinate projects in a fast-paced industry.
Responsibilities:
Working directly with the CEO and other managers of this dynamic, fast growing, small company
- Organize office tasks.
- Plan and execute office objectives.
- Plan and execute various job duties.
Assist in various administrative tasks, including credit apps, insurance, etc..
Editing writing
HR including time cards, PTO, etc
Excel, Word, excellent writing skills
Accounting/Quick books a bonus
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILS...Create and maintain schedules , timelines, budget, process change, and details of a given tasks, and assist team to stay on tasks
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
