Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify and attract top talent for technical roles in manufacturing, operations, and engineering.
- Source and screen candidates using a variety of methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and qualifications.
- Work with hiring managers to develop and execute interview plans.
- Prepare and present offer letters to candidates.
- Onboard new hires and provide them with the support they need to be successful.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical roles.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for EV battery companies.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Bilingual in English and another language.
