The Role
Your mission
GotPhoto is looking for an enthusiastic Personal Account Manager to join our Customer Development Team in Colorado or Georgia to create and maintain strong connections with our mid-market accounts.
Our business is growing and so is our team: we will have around 200 employees, distributed over 5 countries, by the end of 2024. As we grow and expand, we recognize the need for a dedicated Personal Account Manager to join our team and help us to build a stronger function. This role will guide and empower photographers nationwide in their journey toward success by embracing digital transformation through the GotPhoto SaaS solution.

Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with our customers, proactively assisting them in achieving their business goals
- Drive customer revenue growth by continuously consulting them about potential improvements and best practices for leveraging GotPhoto to its fullest potential
- Take responsibility for retaining and growing a defined pool of customers
- Actively monitor account performance metrics, identifying trends and patterns to prevent churn
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, and Support, to create a cohesive customer experience and proactively address customer requirements to drive effective solutions
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Customer Success/Account Management roles, preferably in a startup environment
- Experience navigating software solutions, explaining complex tech products for business clients
- Experience building collaborative relationships with both clients and a wide range of internal stakeholders
